All orders are shipped same day via Australia Post if received before 12:00 noon unless special packaging or handling is required. Any orders received after 11am Friday will be posted on the following Monday or next business day. Any orders received on public holidays will be posted next business day.
Australian orders are sent by Parcel Post Prepaid Satchels (2-5 business days) or Express Post (1-3 business days). Both these options include tracking.
International orders are sent via Air Mail (No tracking, 1-4 weeks) or Airmail Standard (Tracking, approximately 7-20 business days, sometimes longer). International shipments have the potential of being delayed by Customs, as well as having additional taxes or fees levied on a package. These are out of our control, and we advise that you become familiar with your specific country's shipping regulations to understand the impact to your shipment.
Shipping times may be longer from early December through to February due to the holiday season.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PayPal, credit card and bank deposit are the only payment options presently available.
Note: Credit card and bank deposit payments can take 24 hours or longer to process. Orders using our credit card facility or bank deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
